The Carefree House package includes the following services:
- Weekly inspection of the exterior and interior of the house. We keep you informed about the condition.
- Ventilation of all rooms to prevent mould growth.
- Checking that the building services are working properly (heating, electricity, water). Technology suffers if it is not used.
- Checking water, gas and heating oil levels. Re-ordering supplies if necessary. The house stays warm and dry, the cistern is full.
- Checking the house after storms for damage that can be repaired quickly.
- Emergency call-out of electrician or plumber guaranteed within 48 hours. Not a service that can be taken for granted on Mallorca.
- In the event of pest infestation, we will take care of the problem or call an exterminator.
- Regular emptying of the letterbox. Your house looks lived in even when you are away.
- A personal exchange of information with you is a matter of course. We are available for you reliably available for you.
